Subject: CRANBERRY RELISH

Yield:2 1/2 to 3 cups,depending on size of orange and apple used

1 (12-ounce)package fresh or frozen cranberries(no need to thaw if
frozen)
1 medium orange,quartered,stem and seeds removed
1 apple,quartered,cored and seeds removed
1 (6-ounce) package raspberry gelatin
Optional:1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

In food processor fitted with metal blade,pulse cranberries, orange
and apple until chopped.Scrape down sides and sprinkle gelatin
powder over fruit.Pulse to combine.Do not add any liquid to
mixture;it should have the consistency of relish.Remove from
processor to bowl;cover and refrigerate overnight.
If desired,just before serving,add 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as
walnuts or pecans.
