Subject: Sesame Chicken Breasts

2 teaspoons sesame seeds
4(4-ounce)skinned,boned chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Place a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.Add sesame seeds,and cook,stirring constantly,one - two minutes or until seeds are toasted.Remove and set aside. Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap(using a meat mallet or rolling pin.)Coat skillet with cooking spray;place over heat until hot;add chicken & cook three minutes on each side,or until lightly browned.While chicken cooks,combine toasted seeds,honey, soy sauce,and ginger.After chicken browns add seed mixture
to skillet,and cook an additional 3 minutes,turning chicken to coat with sauce.Serve remaining sauce over chicken.
