Subject: Coleslaw

3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 cups chopped green cabbage(1 head)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onion green part only)
2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1.Whisk together mayonnaise,vinegar,sugar,and salt in a medium bowl.
2.Combine cabbage,parsley,green onion,and bell pepper in a large bowl.
3.Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mix well.Add celery seed and mix,then cover the bowl and chill for at least 4 hours before munching out.Chilling the slaw overnight is even better for a great-tasting slaw.
