Something about Rodney asking for Taco Bell out of the blue amuses the shit out of Scott, which explains his slight grin when she said that.

"He still likes Taco Bell? Well, I see some things haven't changed, then," he says, remembering for about three summers, in between Hogwarts years, when the two of them would spend their time in Taco Bell, either being total dorks or, once they were old enough to be complete prats, harassing the waitresses. The latter had it kicks, but it often got them thrown out, leaving the precious tacos behind. Sob. He's about to bring up ~~and quite possibly bore her to death with~~ one of these little adventures when she asks the question, "Do you have any alcohol?" Why, Serra. You felon, what are you thinking? However, a drink does sound like a bloody good idea right about now.

"Uh, sure. In the fridge. I'm assuming you want some, yeah?" he says, going into the kitchen. No, Scott. Of course she doesn't, she's just signing you up for AAA. "You know Rodney's going to kill you, or me, if you go back to him slammed, right?"
