I took my moms fairly new Subaru Outback.Me my 2 year old & his mother were there for 5 days.Personaly I never noticed any damage to the car(other than a lot of dust). But we were just one car out of about 20,000(guestimated amount). We weren't parked close to a main walkway either. I would Just Advise that if they are stuck in traffic for a long time to shut the car off unless moving. This could help keep the car cool & cause less wear.
