I agree. I don't think you'll either need one, or even be allowed to build one once you're on-site. I think the promoters just make it a blanket rule so that everybody stays safe. I mean, put enough people together in a group and then add fire, and you are asking for potential trouble.
So I think they try to minimize all but cooking fires. And like the post above mine said, you probably won't need it (or want it, considering it's supposed to be in the mid-80's all week).
