Woohoo! Go Nomar! And yes, get Surprise. It took me around 3 weeks to save for it (I think), but it was worth every moment.

Poor Terrence... I get a lot of crappy robs, too. In fact, all of my alter egos do. I was having a lot of luck the other day up by the NW city limit, though. City limits in general seem to be good. The trick is to get far away from the nearest bank, but make sure you have enough AP to make it there to deposit when you're done robbing. Also, if you don't have Surprise, make sure you have a SoTurn. 'Cause the bank's full a lot. But you can make a KILLING up there. Just my advice.

Oh, and since I've been bad about doing a status report... I recovered all right from being zeroed. It was hard work, but for the most part humans were plentiful. The most annoying part was when people bit me! For heavens' sake... I barely had any blood as it was. For that reason, I've taken a vow never to bite another pire under 200 BP again. It's just mean.

I got back to 200, which enabled me to use Holy Water. So I lobbed the first HW of my unlife at the cretin who started this whole war. Apparently he didn't like that. A little while later, I woke up to find that I had been zeroed again, solely from being scrolled by this one 'pire. I was a little irritated, but mostly I was just laughing at him for wasting time and money on lil' ol' barely-there-me.

He even had the nerve to brag a little about zeroing me on one of the RP boards. That was even sillier... congrats, you zeroed someone with barely 200 BP! You wasted at least 11,000 coins doing it. Whatever, though. I got back to 200 BP today, so as soon as he moves his hiney out of Shadows, I'll be HWing him again. And if he zeroes me again... good. That means he's being distracted from more important warriors.

Every time I fall, it hurts a little less. I've learned that it is not blood that is important, but family. I'm happy I still have you guys to be my family, and I am looking forward to the day when we can have our long-awaited family reunion!

~Tanyada, still undead and kickin'!

Surpise was the first thing I ever got. I'd been playing for months and had just over 20,000 coins in the bank. But only Terrence has it, and Nomar is the one who steals all the coins.

Stupid question. You can take away someone's BPs? I meant to ask you about that before, but you seemed upset and distracted.

Not at all stupid. In fact it's of vital importance to know this, although hopefully you'll never need to. There are three ways to take away another 'pire's BPs:

1.) Bite them. This takes away 1 BP (2 if you have Suction)
2.) Use a Scroll of Turning on the square they're in. If they don't resist (ability to resist is conferred by the power of Stamina; increasing levels increase the probability that you'll resist), they lose ~10 BP.
3.) Splash them with Holy Water. The amount of BP lost is proportional to the amount of BP the 'pire has, with higher-BP vampires losing more. The exact equation for this isn't known; I saw one somewhere that RB said was 'close enough' to correct, but I don't remember where. 1 vial of HW can take off hundreds or even thousands of BP, depending on how much blood the victim already has.

So... just remember this from Auntie Arwen: NO SPLASHING OF RANDOM STRANGERS WITH HOLY WATER. It's worse than rude, it's an assault. :-)

Hope that helps!

~Tanyada, annoyed her target is still in shadows... and that she's still getting bitten!!
