LoL I haven't had action points to waste recently .... I've needed /all/ of them in order to get celerity 2 ... in every case I've just barely had enough action points to get to the required pub in the time allocated *sighs* I can tell ya, I will /not/ be trying for celeritty 3 any time soon!
