When she gets there she is looking through the entertainment section when she bumps into a girl about 19. girl- excuse me Tari- it's okay girl- I'm just so busy looking for this book on my favorite singer Tari- who? girl- Janet Jackson ...I wanna be just like her Tari- really? girl- (with determenation in her eyes) oh yeah ...and imma do whatever it takes to make my dream come true Tari- can you sing? girl- mos def ...wanna hear? Tari- sure So they walked out of the bookstore to the parking lot and the girl sang so good Tari almost cried Tari- that was so good girl- thanx ...I really wanna sing ...it's just so hard to meet the right people Tari- one of my best friends is in the music business ...how about i give her your name and number girl- for real??? Tari- yeah ...have you heard of Diva? girl- yeah ...she wrote my favorite song, Love Play Tari- yeah ...that's my bestfriend ...so what's your name? girl- Karnia (car-nia) Tari- yeah ...that sounds like a star's name Karnia blushed. Tari got her number and headed to the studio to tell Diva the good news. @ The Studio Diva- Marcus what's wrong? Marcus- I'm booth shy Diva- (laughs) but it's just me and you Marcus- the booth is lonely (walks out) Diva- (laughs) just sing like you're in the bathroom or sumthin Marcus- really ...I don't have a good imagination Diva- you never got one when you were a child? Marcus- I never got a lot of things when I was a child ...and imagination is one Diva- what else didn't you get? Marcus- hugs ...my mom was a drunk and my dad was in the military and they don't give hugs Diva- aww that's so sad (walks over and emmbraces Marcus) Tari was excited about the good news but when she got to the studio she was suprised to see Marcus's car there. When she went into the building she got a bad feeling but made it up to Diva's studio, only to find her wrapped in Marcus's arms. Tari- WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!!
