Kaano and her brother Raumo trot up to her after their hunt, dragging with them the remains of what looked like a fawn. How do you do? Raumo asks. Kaano is busy ripping the fawn to shreds and violently shaking it to strengthen her neck muscles. She drops it then says, I hope that you join this pack. Even though Miller isn't here I think she will be very kind to everyone. She then resumes thrashing the hide around. Please excuse my sister. He glares at Kaano, who lowers her head in a submissive manner. She has never been around wolves for a long period of time and has forgotten her manners. He bows to Fatal Illusions. We must go, but you may have the rest of the fawn, whatever Kaano hasn't ripped. He pushes it towards her and trots off. Kaano fllows muttering, Flirty, flirty firty. Raumo snaps his jaw at her and she silences. Side by side,they leave into the forest.
