 Folgendes kann ich zu dem Thema beitragen:

1. Ich habe mir überlegt, daß es möglich sein könnte ATAPI-Geräte über einen PCMCIA-zu-CompactFlash-Adapter anzuschliessen. Ich habe das nicht getestet, doch es wäre sehr interessant mehr darüber herauszufinden.
->CF-Adapter meldet sich als Standard IDE Controller
->CF-Karten können mit einem passiven Adapter an den IDE-Bus gehängt werden.
Wer weiß mehr?

2. Es gibt PcCards, die eine IDE-Schnittstelle herstellen. Ich habe vor kürzem ein externes IBM-CDROM-Laufwerk erworben, das mittels solch einer Karte an den Schleppi angeschlossen werden kann. Das Teil ist interessant. Ich werde mal einige Fotos auf der Bastelseite unterbringen.

3. Was immer geht ist SCSI, USB etc. alles als PcCards. Vor einigen Tagen habe ich auf dem Flohmarkt eine Adaptec FastSCSI PcCard SlimSCSI 1480A für Appel-und'n-Ei gekauft. Das muß ich demnächst auch mal inbetriebnehmen :)

4. Auch denkbar: Am Dockinganschluß liegen alle benötigten Signale...Kabel selber löten :)
