Nachdem ich nun sämtliche Jumper-konfigurationen ausprobiert habe, scheint dennoch kein Erfolg in Sicht. Das Cd-Rom Laufwerk scheint ja Master zu sein, weil ohne eingebaute Festplatte erkennt das IBM-DFT mein Cd-Rom als Master. -Mit eingebauter Festplatte, vorschriftsmässig auf Device "1" (also Slave) eingestellt, erkennt der DFT keine von beiden Laufwerken- -Mit eingebauter Festplatte, auf Device "0" (also Master) eingestellt, erkennt der DFT ebenso keine von beiden Laufwerken- ...und mit Festplatte alleine als Master (ohne Cd-Rom) geht ebenso nichts..... ...alles nicht so wild, dann werde ich mich mal nach einer anderen Festplatte umsehen, die jetzige macht eh' so ein Höllenlärm.... ...ein Thread obendrüber lese ich etwas von einer Toshiba....hört sich gut an! da das Thinkpad in meinen Augen als eine Art Wissenschaft für sich gilt, komme ich bestimmt noch mal wieder!
