Unter Win98 wird der DMA -Mode im Gerätemanager unter 'Laufwerke' aktiviert. Gilt übrigens auch für das CD-ROM !! . Einige weitere sehr nützliche Tuning-Tips fürWIN 98, das ich übrigens für das praktikabelste aller OS für das 760er halte, angesichts der eingeschränkten Leistung hab ich unter WINDOWS-TWEAKS.Info gefunden. Teilweise muss der DMA allerdings noch zusätzlich inder Sytem.INI eingetragen werden. Siehe dazu hier ich weiss, es sind alles tips für win 98, aber zum 2k gibts da auch was zu schauen. Persönlich empfehle ich trotz alledem das WIN98. Für 2k solte allerdings das BIOS auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden......Viel ERfolg...
