 Bios heißt aus thinkpadnisisch (oder s.ä.) EasySetup. Den Bios-Geist rufst Du durch Drücken der f1-Taste beim Start.

Versuche das System auf einem anderen Rechner zu installieren, bzw. partitioniere die Platte neu. Hmmm, ohne FDD ist auch kein IBM-Testtool verwendbar :(
