40 MB sind schon OK. Kumpel f�hrt Linux und Windows auf einem XD mit 40 MegByte und das tut ganz gut. Umbauanleitung, Tips etc. wg der 700-Schachtel sind auf meiner Bastelseite.

Ich w�rde eine Partition erstellen, diese aktivieren, Windowsinstallationsdateien dort kopieren und von Platte installieren. Sicherste Methode und falls es Probleme gibt, kann man mit setup /XYZ einiges beeinflussen.
