 Ich habe, was den 765D angeht, keine Erfahrungen, habe aber zwei Ideen:

1.Platte mittels eines 2,5" zu 40 polig-normal-IDE in einem PC einbauen und dort sein Glück versuchen. Den Adapter gibt es günstig beim Versandhandel zu erwerben, kann aber auch mit einem dienen, habe zur Zeit zwei.

2. Versuch mal das IBM-eigene Plattentool aus. Damit kannst Du ziemlich alles durchstesten und die Größe sowie die Modi auswählen. Vielleicht hilft einfach nur der Overlay-driver...das könnte der Schlüssel zum Erfolg sein. Die Software ist irgendwo bei IBM zum Herunterladen freigegeben.
