Wir haben ein Thinkpad 760XD und wollten nun für unsere Digital-Kamera zusätzliche USB-Anschlüsse bereitstellen. Hierzu haben wir von Advance ein USB 2.0 Cardbus zugelegt. Jedoch haben wir beim Installieren der Karte massive Probleme. Die Treiber funktionieren auf WinME bzw. Win98 nicht. Im Gerätemanager habe ich ständig die gelben Ausrufezeichen mit dem Hinweis auf Code 29. Dies müsste meiner Kenntnis nach mit einer Bios-Einstellung zusammenhängen. Leider weiß ich auch nicht, wie man im Bios irgendwas einstellen könnte. Auf dem Thinkpad ist bis auf das nackte Betriebsystem noch nichts weiter installiert. Weiterhin wollte ich ein Bios-Update durchführen und habe mir hierzu die Update-Disk heruntergeladen. Die Disk läuft auch einwandfrei an - aber das Bios wird einfach nicht aktualisiert.
