Take out the three bolts across the top on the upper fan shroud ( the plastic piece under the AC lines) It should flex up a little and move to the rear of the truck ( be careful not to stress the AC lines too much), giving you enough room to slip a tape measure in there. Just measure the thickness of the aluminum core. The top reinforcing channel should be about the same thickness as the tubes in the core itself. It should measure between 1" and 1 3/8" ?
What ever you do DON'T use a pry bar! Lol, just poking fun at someone , LOL ;).
