I think it's going to be a great Pickup. It's a True Mid-Size and was designed by Isuzu. Here is a pic of Isuzu's Version called the D-Max:

They are lucky as they will get a Tubro Diesel 3.0 with lots of torque and over 20MPG! Don't think GM will be selling a TD anytime soon. :(

Isuzu is going to make them in Thailand for overseas market and they will get the crew cab version later this year. the regular and extended are being sold now. In the US, GM is getting them only for Chevy and GMC. They should be out later next year as a 2004 model. I think the production start date slipped and that's why the s10 is going to be made till mid 2004 as it appears the Colorado won't be up to speed until early 2004.
