I took a closer look at the shield on a Highrider today and there are two differences from the one I used. One is the hole for the stud on the bottom, the other is a relief for the rear tank strap.
The older model I used was a bit tight on the strap but it fit.
My bracket showed up and it is the correct one GM part # 15960535 (front support for the fuel tank shield)
Only one more thing to figure out, it is the bar that braces the bracket.
I may be able to modify the older one to work.
