I live in Maine and in my area I think I was probably one of the first people to buy a crew cab. I don't think it was a month after I bought my crew cab that the dealership had 10 different ones on the lot. Across the street at the chevy dealership there was like 6 crew cabs. When the 2002 model year came out the two dealerships didn't have too many just a couple here and there. I have seen a few crew cabs on the road from time to time but nothing compares to the flood of Chevy Avalanches that are on the road up here!!
