After the BL I had a thump sound intermitently. I could feel it in the driverside floor boards.
Mine was the EGR tube (LH rear of exhaust manifold). After the BL it was too close to the pinch weld seam on the lower portion of the firewall and bumped during acceleration and engine torquing.
It is tight but I slipped a bar in between and bent the tube forward to clear.
