I've changed out the speakers in the front of my truck. I went with the Pioneer REV series speakers. You have to get a 6 3/4" speaker though for it to fit properly. Pioneer makes several different series in that size in varying price ranges. I've also removed my factory head unit and replaced it with a Pioneer DEH-P7400MP. It has great sound and tuneability. I was also thinking of the center console for a speaker box, but I'm gonna remove the factory piece and fabricate something that will also house my lighting switches and some other audio parts in front, and seal the rear for the sub.
