 I guess I have mixed feelings about moving the forum.
UBB code is nice offering more possibilities.
The ability to edit a post, search subjects, revive archived posts, etc.
However , it is loss of control.
I feel Hobie has done a wonderful job organizing, building, promoting and moderating here.
I have been discouraged with some of the other boards by those who HATE the Crew Cabs , and I don't really feel like explaining why I didn't want a Blazer or why I'm strange for not wanting a full size bed.
I don't see this as being strictly an offroad forum. We have members who are going the "Streetrod" direction with thier CC's and would probably have bought a 2wd version if GM had built one, much like I would have bought a RPO Zr2 option if it had been offered.
I'm NOT saying I won't follow, if the concensus is to move to an existing forum. I just feel that this forum is realitively new, and definately unique, I hate to see it die.
