Ismaele, sono d'accordo con la tua analisi.
Aggiungiamoci però anche la discutibile gestione del processo di selezione, con il repentino allontanamento degli anziani (i vari Vaccari DeCarli Dominguez Moscardi etc...), e la girandola di nomi che ha portato a proporre continuamente formazioni sperimentali.
Certo, è possibile che nel lungo termine certe scelte ed attività possano rivelarsi vincenti ma chi può permettersi di arrivare così lontano nel tempo, senza garantire una parvenza di progresso, evoluzione, crescita nel breve.
Io, in quanto tifoso potrei anche credere in un idea ed in una persona e dargli fiducia per 2, 3 anni...
Federazione, sponsor, club vogliono risultati subito ( e quando parlano di questione di prestigio e chiaro che intendono $$$).E allora piani, progetti e promesse diventano validi solo quando si vince.
Io credo e spero che si possa arrivare ai quarti della RWC (pensate solo a cosa potrebbe scrivere Mazzocchi...) e mi sembra scontato che il destino del buon Kirwan sia legato all'esito di questa competizione. Vedremo.
