Secondo Televideo i guai di Roma sarebbero in corso di soluzione grazie all'interessamento del sindaco Veltroni (santo protettore del rugby romano, a questo punto, dopo aver già salvato per il rotto della cuffia il 6 nazioni al Flaminio):

Il manager Bona incontra Veltroni

Tutto dipende dal nuovo incontro previ-
sto per domani in Campidoglio.

A sud di Roma si farà Casa del Rugby

Anche il sindaco Veltroni si dà 24 ore
per ufficializzare il progetto di ri-
lancio.Dice il primo cittadino:"Abbiamo
cercato un intervento per l'immediato e
soluzioni per il futuro come la 'Casa
del Rugby' di cui avevo parlato col
presidente Dondi".La struttura, analoga
al Centro Geremia di Padova o alla Ghi-
rada di Treviso, sorgerà a sud di Roma.

Dal canto suo, il presidente federale
Dondi afferma: "Sono soddisfatto e com-
piaciuto. Per uno sport in crescita co-
me il nostro, il fallimento della Roma
avrebbe rappresentato una pubblicità
negativa".
