Ismaele: tornerò dalle ferie giusto il 6 settembre (e il 7 ho il meeting di atletica a Rieti) e potrò vedere ITA-GEO solo in TV, ma spero che assisterai dal vivo ad uno spettacolo degno.
Devo dire che il commento più equilibrato mi è sembrato quello di Francesco Volpe sul Corriere (anche lui comunque ha visto la partita solo in TV come noi): la chiave di fondo è proprio la maturità di Pez, in un ruolo delicato, che tarda ad arrivare. Sulla disciplina, anche la stampa d'Oltremanica si è espressa in toni dubitativi: l'arbitraggio è sembrato a tutti molto molto fiscale, soprattutto a senso unico. E questo, unitamente all'imbarazzo creato da una condizione fisica chiaramente imballata, ha determinato il gioco decisamente poco fluido. Ma io ho visto addirittura dei miglioramenti in certe fasi, almeno nelle intenzioni. Questo per me è importante, perchè vuol dire che si sta positivamente lavorando sull'acquisizione di certi automatismi che, mi auguro, prima o poi arriveranno. Insomma ho avuto l'impressione che non ci fosse la possibilità pratica di sposare la voglia di gioco imposta dalla testa alle gambe poco brillanti.
E, nonostante tutto, sono fiducioso.
Poi su Checchinato sono assolutamente d'accordo (aggiungerei anche Ciccio De Carli), mentre - come saprai - Vaccari è stato operato un'altra volta.
