In effetti la notizia mi era sembrata molto strana e temevo addirittura un errore giornalistico (da cui la mia curiositā). Questo il testo (pescato su Kwsport), a dire il vero involontariamente umoristico:

In visita a Parigi per gli Stati generali dell'urbanistica, Veltroni č stato ospite con Delanoe di un programma dell' emittente radiofonica France Culture. Nel corso del dialogo fra i due sindaci, Veltroni ha proposto - nell'ambito del gemellaggio esclusivo che unisce le due cittā - la creazione di un "premio di rugby" a due. (spr)
