In generale sarei quasi d'accordo, ma terrei in considerazione almeno 3 aspetti:
1. L'effetto coreografico della Nord addobbata stile derby e' impressionante e bellissimo.
2. Il tifo organizzato genoano e' molto sui generis, molto "sportivo", in un certo senso vicino allo spirito del rugby, e' una tifoseria che quando ci sta applaude gli avversari. Pensa che, per darti un'idea, hanno festeggiato la retrocessione in serie C cantando "forza Genoa" mentre i "cugini" blucerchiati per festeggiare la promozione gridavano "Genoa Mxxxa". Poi ha anche lui i suoi eccessi di violenza e simili, ma non penso sarebbe un problema in quel contesto.
3. La nord piena sono comunque un 8000 posti

Io rovescerei la prospettiva:
Lasciamo che altra gente entri nel mondo del rugby.
