Still laying in a fetal position on his side on the alley floor, the bum is still crying out, "Oh shit
man�that mofo is crazy�he was gonna kill me man�oh
shit, Freaking Crazy man!"

The Bum slowly staggers to his feet and tries to walk off but suddenly he is knocked back on his ass again by an unseen force. Out of the alley shadows steps forward a 6'10 fellow wearing a mask across his eyes and a wicked long leather jacket.

The bum begins to cry, "Please, not another crazy im sorry i didnt..."

The masked vigilante proclaims in a loud voice while walking back and forth and swinging his arms wildly as if he is performing a shakesperean play:

"What kind of city is this where a man and woman cannot share a quiet moment to themselves in peace?!?!? Constantly being harrased by bums with pipes, this is a travesty and unspeakable crime! YOU THERE!

He points to the bum still trying to get a away...

"YOU SIR ARE A VILE VILLAIN AND YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES! SO HAS SPOKEN, THE LEGACY!!

The bum is confused, "The what?!?!"

"AND MY FRIEND IT IS TIME TO TAKE OUT THE THRASH!!!"

"Please no, i beg you im sorry im im......"

The Masked man grabs hold of the bum by his left leg and with one fell swoop swings him across the alley into a dumpster.

"Oh please noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"

The Legacy stands there dusting his hands off, and begins speaking aloud again almost in tears...

"OH VENGEFULL GOD, WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN US, WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO DESERVE THIS CRUEL TORTURE OF A WORLD......WAIT!!! I SEE ALL TOO CLEAR NOW!!! YES, YES, I SEE IT!"

"THIS WORLD IS LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT NEEDS, NO IT BECKONS FOR ME! IT NEEDS A SAVIOR!! NO!! A HERO!! YES I WILL BE THE ONE TO SAVE THIS CITY!! YES I WILL BE ITS HERO!!"

"I WILL CARRY ON THE LEGACY OF HEROES, I WILL SAVE IT, PROTECT IT AS IF IT IS MY OWN CHILD!! AND IT IS MY CHILD! I WILL CARE FOR IT!!"

"AND SOON ALL WILL KNOW THE NAME OF THE LEGACY!"

With that, The Legacy wipes away the one tear that he cried off his cheek and swoops away into the darkness.

Meanwhile, the bum slowly staggers out of the dumpster:

"I gotta get out of this frekin city...to many crazies, oh my back...."
