Mick,
Did you complain to Ebay? This guy is not only selling Shawn's material, he's selling about 40 other artists, most of which DON'T allow taping at their shows. He's popped up now and again on other sites such as video exchange that DON'T allow selling of cd-rs or videos and have been promptly banned. Maybe if an artist sued his ass, he'll stop. He represents the monority of fans who enjoy Shawn's work and are happy that he gives us the PRIVILEGE to tape, swap and trade his music. I don't think that the format, VHS, CD-R, DVD, etc has anything to do with jokers like this trying to pimp an artist. They were around when cassettes were the media of choice.
BTW have Shawn started his effort to convert his tapes to DVD yet? I'm looking forward to when it's done.
