Shawn uses a special pick made out of dylithium crystals which a genius Chemist friend of his by the name of Paul Markawitz designed and gave to him when he was 12 years old, unfortunatley Paul has the patent on them. Only Shawn is autorized to use these picks because of the instability of the dylithium isotopes, however rumour has it that their is a fellow from saudia arabia who has recently acquired through the blackmarket from one of Les Birchfields cronies who is willing to sell them at a reasonable price. I have 3 of them myself and I am playing so fast now that the Tazmanian magistrate is trying to have them and me banned from the next battle of the bands competition coming up next month in Madaqascar.
