There are so many different ways It is impossible to find the one true path. I simply cannot pick from the wrist like shawn at high speeds, my whole forearm moves no matter what I do-maybe I have a weak wrist?
it hasn't seemed to affect people like cooley and fareri-so unless someone has got a proven method I'm gonna tough it out!!
