Subject: Planecrash Belgium 28th January 1945

Hello,

We are investigating a planecrash that occured on the 28th January 1945 in Brielen, a small village near Ypres in Belgium. Info and pictures can be found on www.planecrash.tk .

Some people say it could be Chief Wapello. A B-24 that was originally assigned to the 487th BG, 839th Sqdn and was transferred to 44th BG, 506th Sqdn on 9/15/44. The ship crashed on 1/28/45.

Hoping you can help us any further.

Greetings
Snick Steve
