From her perch on the rock, the weyrwoman observes with amusement the various attempts to go between. She becomes alarmed when the boy, S'har, does not reappear, but is soon reassured by Kiir that the pair is safe.
Turning her head to watch the younger gold's landing, Raja catches the girl's look. She smiles to herself, understanding the feeling she sees plainly on Jeskann's face. Scrambling down from the ledge, she makes her way carefully down the rocky face and closer to the goldrider and her dragon.
"How are you doing?" she asks in a soft tone. Raja pauses a moment, then comments, "You know, Herath is due to rise soon. Her hide is brighter than usual- and dark, for her. You'll want to prepare yourself in advance, so when it happens you'll be ready. Whatever you do, don't let it take you by surprise."
Kyrath's golden chuckle sounds in Raja's mind. 'That's the best advice you've given all day.'
