Laura and Kara got out of Kara's car. "Thank you so much for the ride Kara!" Laura sad happily. "Im gonna go take a quick shower...I'll meet you at the party." With that, Laura raced up stairs to her room. Her German Shepard puppy, Cassidy, raced over to greet her. "hey cassy!" She said with a laugh as the puppy leaped all over her. "I guess I should take you out really quick first!" With that, Laura clipped a leash to Cassidy's collar and headed back downstairs. After a very quick walk, Laura brought the hyper puppy back up to the apartment. "Dont worry girl! I'll take you out again later! Maybe I can even find another dog for you to play with." Laura gave Cassidy some fresh water and a dish of puppy chow. Then she grabbed a towel and jumped into the shower. As soon as she was clean, dry, and dressed, she raced out of her apartment and headed towards the apartment where the party was. She walked in and was greeted by a room full of people. "Hi everyone! Hey Breezy! Happy birthday!!!! Here...this is for you." Laura handed Breezy a small, beautifully wrapped box. The box contained a small, silver, running horse pendant and a smooth silver chain. The details on the horse were extremly realistic. "I hope you like it!" She said as she waited for Breezy to open the present.
