Subject: training splash..

Lesley carefully opened her door and put her new puppy on the floor. Splash looked up with his puppy-dog eyes and silently told her that he was hungry. "Oh dear." She walked into the kitchen with the puppy following at her heels. Lesley rumaged around until she found two bowls and set them on a mat in the corner of the kitchen. "I hope my roomie likes dogs!"Lesley laughed at Splash lapping up the water, spilling it on the floor,"I hope she likes them a lot." With a sigh she stood up and found a towel. Lesley then took out a blanket from the closet and layed it on the floor for the puppy. "Here you go, little guy." Splash spun around in a circle and slumped down on the blanket. Lesley turned off the light only to hear her new puppy begin to cry. She was very tired and didnt want him to be unhappy. She limped into the kitchen and turned on the light. "Come on boy." She picked up the blanket and brought it to the bedroom. Lesley layed it by the head of her bed and motioned for the pup to come. He came, but she knew he really wanted to sleep in her bed. By 2:00 in the morning after he stopped crying and slept, Lesley finally closed her eyes. It wasnt long before Splash sat up and began to cry again. Lesley gave in and picked the puppy up and placed him under her blankets. He settled down and began to snore,peacefully. And Lesley finally slept, dreaming of her horses.
