-*She had been the cause of two deaths, yet, they wanted her to live. What was wrong with these creatures? She rolled over to her side, broken sobs escaped her. She felt the finger tip's of Queer yet she pulled away from his touch. She just wanted to be alone. She had rather been alone with Alairic but they refused to let her go with him. She had messed up everything, in a way only she seems to be able to do. She was unaware of the Twins. Somehow they always knew when to come. She wasn't thankful to Darenzia, instead she despised her. She sat up suddenly, knocking into Queer's hand as she shouted to the retreating form. 'Why?!?! Why?!?!?' It was interrupted by sobs, but the message got through. 'Why didn't you leave me there? I wanted to die!' She glared at the female and thought about tackling her, but somehow couldn't find the strength.
He was gone. He was really gone. It was all her fault, as had Kuna's death had been. She just wanted to die, and thought she would. If it wasn't in the fire it would be in her sorrow. She wanted to be away from them, and away from everything that reminded her of him. She looked to Queer in thanks, slipping a hand behind his neck, she gave him a hug.
She stood weakly, her legs shaking and threatening to fail her, and she staggered away in shock. Surprisingly she didn’t go where she normally would have. To the safety of Camelot, instead she wondered off, she picked up her cloak and slipped her hands into it.
Shocked and hurt she had nothing to live for. But she wouldn’t kill herself like the one she loved had. She couldn’t believe he had left her. His kiss still lingered on her lips and she brushed her finger tips over his lips in remembrance. She halted and turned back to face the burning building...
She slipped her hand into the inside chest pocket of her cloak and withdrew a dieing flower. It was a mere pansy, but Alairic knew what it meant. She had never given it to the other...it had been for him. She held it up and the wind took it from her, casting it toward the building and away. Its signature meaning was that of, ‘You are in my thoughts’. That’s was her finally appearance. All that were watching her now watched the flower and when they looked back she was gone. But where had she gone? It wasn’t to Camelot and Ferdie in which she ran to...no...of course it wasn’t.
