The wolf bitch pads in, in search of the leads. She decides to change from her wolf form to her human form before she met them. Human she says in her head, picturing herself in her human form. Her bones crack, blend, and melt. Her fur sinks back ito her skin, leaving smooth, slightly-tanned flesh. She grows taller, her claws changing into human fingernails. In the place of the magnificent she-wolf is a beautiful, young girl looking around 21. The werewolf continues her search for the leads, in hope of staying.
