I got this name tmlduvall because my daughter was trying to set it up for me to play bingo and when she put in tduvall it said someone else had that name so she added my middle initial m and it still said someone else had it so she added my maiden name initial l and it took that. I ended up with tmlduvall and so far I have just left it that way.
