Maybe you should talk to Film & Music Entertainment Inc. Attn Michael Meyers in Hollywood. Company boss head is also Mister John Daly. Famous Director 13 Oscars. English Director. He now did movies like Gunga Din, Platoon, Last Emperor, Terminator, and many many others. He has good relations with India Partners.

You can contact Mr. Meyers or Mr Daly I think if you look at information available on www.ragingbull.com Stock and look up FLME symbol. Addresses and peoples location is in information by posters. You need try to locate these peoples. They have much new monies for independent movies.
