The problem is he Jake hasn't actually done anything to Daze or Sky, neither were treated overly well by him, Sky had a hard time with them all as did Daze just happened he actually got hurt but it was from Bobby as Jake said, although it could be said it was because of Jake's leadership but we wouldn't be able to make that stick. From that there's nothing we can do to stop Daze going back with him if he's actually the owner. If Daze makes it clear he doesn't wish to go then we won't make him and would stop anyone trying to use undue force.
Its always the way, the laws regarding animals are too lax, I think it comes down to Daze and Jake now, but I wouldn't let him leave here yet, not after such a major operation keep him in a further day then see, we'll have alot of contact for the next few weeks so we can observe how he treats him.

(eeek sorry its so long, in brief nothing we can do to stop him, but Daze can and we can support the pup)
