Subject: e250 differential

2000 Ford e250. Chattering noise in rear end. Took it in and they added "friction modifier" Same noise and chattering. After 1 hour freeway driving noise only when exiting freeway and turning after stopping. In shop now but they say they can't get it to make the noise. Any help?
