As far as max speed ford doesn't publish that information but I dont think there is one on the trucks.
the next best thing is to fight the ticket. how did you get caught if it was a radar gun was it calibrated before you were tickited.were there other vehicles in the area? another trick is to have the case continued in most cases the officer wont show up in court and you can plead not guilty. there is a lot of information out in books on how to beat tickets Good Luck!!!
