I had the same trouble of my windstar 95, airbag code 82. In the page: www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/airBag/airBag95.html, appears the airbag codes for Mustang 95, and shows how to clear the codes, maybe the windstar 95 have the same electrical connections (Diagrams), I hope that it helps to you, please call me if it helps to you.
