I am now the proud owner of 2 absolutely wonderful horses. Prince John (AKA Pony) and Oliver Twist (AKA Timmy, not sure what he's registered as but Oliver Twist fits him and i don't have $35 so i'll call him Oliver Twist)

Pony has been mine for a little less than a year, he was my younger sisters but she doesn't ride him anymore so he's mine. he's a 25 year old gray arabian gelding who loves to get into trouble however he can. he is learning dressage (25 years of bad riders can really give a horse an iron mouth, though!) and does team penning, barrel racing, pole bending, keyhole, barrel dash, and all other forms of speed and games. he finds it especially fun to rear going into the gate for speed and buck galloping home, along with scaring the life out of little kids because he couldn't stand still if he was glued to the ground between runs.

Timmy is a 14 year old chestnut thoroughbred gelding who i have had for just over 4 weeks. his previous owner was terrified of him because he's at least 15.3 and has very long strides. currently, he is also learning dressage due to weak hind tendons preventing him from jumping for a few months. the problems were caused by poor shoeing and our wonderful farrier thinks Tim will be as good as new in 3 or 4 shoeings. for now, we're just having fun with out dressage. he is also a great trail horse, he is practically unspookable and very steady. i would put a baby on his back and not worry. From what i know, my baby has done flat racing, steeplechasing, timber racing and foxhunting so i'm expecting him to be an incredible jumper! before we discovered the tendon problems Timmy and i were jumping 18" fences. he was a bit lazy over them, but he always gave me the impression that he had the potential to go much higher and be much less lazy over big jumps.
