There are a few! One web site talks of liquid polymers of esters: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ie50516a030

and there is a company that is totally devoted to the production of various liquid polymers! http://www.vita-liquid.com/

To think of the difference between liquid crystals and liquid polymers, you need to think of the type of bonds for each. What type of bonds do crystals have? Are they different than the bonds for each polymer?

We need to remember that crystals have ionic bonds (remember table salt: NaCL is composed of the charged sodium ion that is attracted to the charged chlorine atom) and polymers have covalent bonds (each carbon atom shares the electon with another carbon atom or hydrogen or whatever). So, when you think about the bonds, you see they are really very diferent substances! :-)
