 A GREAT website for more detailed intstructions on dissecting a few specimens or organs is:

Just go to the bottom of the page to the section that says "Dissection Guides". They allow you to print a 'pdf' file to use with your dissection. The instructions on dissecting the sheep heart is expecially helpful.
