i think i played with the options of my computre and i can't sign in to hotmail from any adress, it opens a blank white page and it says done, how can i slove this issue plz??

i seriously need help If ANYONE knows how i can get into MY hotmail accout please let me know and yeah I did have a message in my old alternate e-mail address but that was years ago and now i can't get into the e-mail I've had for 8 years. Please email me caerae4rent@yahoo.com
