95% chance it is the battery. Take the battery to Wal-Mart and ask them to check it. I'm betting it will be bad, especially if it just started acting up when the weather got a little colder. They sell an Everstart battery that seems to be a pretty good value.

If the battery is new, and runs down after you charge it, then the alternator could be bad. However, I'd start with the cheapest thing (the battery) and go from there. By the way, the power required to run the lights and radio is much less than the starter. If the lights dim way down when you it is "clicking", the battery is low. If the battery ends up being good and is charged up, then the solenoid on the starter could be bad. The solenoid is basically a relay switch so that you use a small current going through the ignition switch to turn on the current to the starter by engaging the solenoid (basically a switch)....hope this helps..Glen
